The technician, Ricardo, did a fine job. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. I asked a number of questions and he answered them all without being put-out. He did miss the 1-hour arrival window by 15 or 20 minutes, but I received a call from the office saying that he would be late and that he was indeed enroute.
