Good as usual from a quality perspective but this time the person tried upselling me the whole time which made it uncomfortable.

all of the staff is great. The facials are the best and the receptionist went above and beyond with helping me park my car in a great space after a client moved it and I was in the room!

The service was good, but the return policy / fairness of the subscription was really terrible. They made me buy all of these products in credit rather than give me money back. Pretty disappointing.

As always Fanny is amazing. Not only did she clean my face, I also got facial, neck and shoulder massage as well. After the facial I was so relaxed!

I have tried many places in Manhattan for facials, and this one is by far the best for the best price. Yuki, my facial specialist is really lovely.

Clean environment with well trained staff. Tina was excellent with deep pore cleansing and overall care. If I were to have one caveat it is the uncomfortably insistent pushing of its additional procedures and products. I left having paid more than three times what I had expected to pay.

I have been coming to La Peau for several years now. I come seasonally to maintain a fresh face. The staff and services are always very reliable and I leave gm feeling relaxed and refreshed.
I was disappointed at my appointment when my face looked to be in worse shape after the appointment than before! I do not break out but after the appointment I came home with many bumps all over my face and woke up with pimples all over my face! That said the foot massage was dreamy. I'm sad to say that I will likely be looking for a new spa.
