Brought my dog in for ear infection. Dr never came into room to discuss anything with me they did blood work and X-rays and 3 days later Dr called with results. 2 months later took to emergency vet and found out she is diabetic and going blind.
Dr at Woodminster never said anything about high glucose or possibility of diabetis

In my experience the team has been mostly kind, authentic, patient and empathetic even in busy moments. I appreciate it because it makes you feel like your pup will be taken care of.
When I’ve called and needed an appointment fast because my doggie was injured they made some available which is not always the case with other vets. I like their follow up & check ins after procedures.

I appreciate the process, knowledge, and friendliness of the staff and vet.
Everything was explained in detail and I was given the proposed course of treatment with costs to review and approve.

Appreciate getting an appointment within the week. The wait time (about an hour) once we got there was too long. A call letting us know you are behind schedule would help. This would also reduce the pet's stress from being there too long. We live fairly close and could be there within 15 minutes.

Not only did my cat receive all the necessary treatment for her annual visit, but Dr. Adar was exceptionally helpful in explaining issues us. She was patient with our questions, thorough and clear in her explanations, and obviously very attentive to the particular needs of our cat.
Moreover, the staff was polite and professional, our visit was punctual, and the setting is clean and orderly. I am very grateful to have this fine veterinary service available in such a convenient location.
